This is the most popular, traditional, less than 15-20 Minute-Long Ceremony.​
This is for couples who want a Simple yet Sweet Ceremony experience.
Tailor this package effortlessly with customization across most selections, complemented by an alternate wording choice for a refined touch.
With custom Vows, say “I Do”, Ring Exchange and a kiss, this is appropriate for a “Formal Venue” wedding. It is designed for any venue with any amount of guests
"Our Love Story"
This Ceremony is for couples who want a more formal personalized
30-45 Minute-Long Ceremony.
In this Ceremony, this is your love story; vision for married life; family/cultural traditions; and/or any favorite poetry to create the most memorable ceremony experience ever.
Personalize your celebration with an alternate selection of vows, inspiring ceremony ideas, and the opportunity to craft your own love story. Add meaningful readings or incorporate any special touches you’ve always envisioned. Starting at $300
A vow renewal is a ceremony of celebration and recommitment where a married couple reaffirms their marriage vows to each other. Because this isn't a legally binding ceremony, the way that a wedding ceremony is, there really aren't any rules about how to renew your vows—the sky is the limit!

Deposit & Final Payment: The non-refundable booking fee is $200.00 (base). Cash, Zelle, Money Order, or Cashier's Check are accepted at no additional fee. Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are accepted with a 5% processing fee added, resulting in a deposit of $210.00 when using these methods (5% of $200.00 = $10.00). The deposit is required to reserve your ceremony date and is credited toward your chosen ceremony package. The balance due is required no later than 60 days prior to the ceremony date. If the ceremony date is less than one (1) month from the date of booking, 100% of the total package price is due at time of booking and is non-refundable.

*Travel Fees: Travel to and from the Rehearsal and/or ceremony location beyond 30 miles from zip code 10604 incurs an additional travel fee. 31-100 miles $75, 101-150 miles $125. Anything over 150 miles TBD. If there are any bridges, tunnels, tolls or parking fees that require payment, the Client is responsible paying the additional fees.

**Rehearsal Fee: If the Client wish to have the Officiant attend the rehearsal, a fee of $75 will be charged. The rehearsal fee is not included in the “ I Do”, “Simply Sweet” or Vow Renewal Packages. It is Included in the “Our Love Story” ceremony. Additional Travel Fees do apply. If the Rehearsal falls on a Preferred Holiday, the fee is $125. Client understand that if they do not book the rehearsal at the same time you book the ceremony date, there is no guarantee that the Officiant may be available on your rehearsal date.

Preferred Holidays Fee: There is an additional $125 fee if the Ceremony event occurs on the following Federal Holidays: Memorial Day and Weekend, Fourth of July and Weekend, Easter Sunday and Weekend, Labor Day and Weekend, Thanksgiving Day and Weekend, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s Eve and Day. “Weekend” is defined as Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and/or Monday.

Delay Fee: If the Client is running behind more than fifteen (15) minutes of the contracted Start Time, additional fees of $25 per quarter hour will apply. This fee must be paid in full prior to the Officiant mailing out your signed Marriage Certificate for processing.
Refund Policy Client: The booking fee is non-refundable once the date is booked. If the Client must change the date or time of the ceremony it will be rescheduled on the new date or time if it is available for the Officiant. If the Clients’ new date or time is not available for the Officiant, the change will be considered a cancellation, and the Client will forfeit the deposit. For cancellations within 30 days of the ceremony date, there will be no refund, 100% of the payment is owed to the Officiant and the Officiant is relieved of all responsibilities set forth in the signed contract. Deposits are transferable to another date and time, as long as the Officiant is available.
Refund Policy Venue: If the Event location (the "Venue") cancels the ceremony for whatever reason, the Client is responsible to find a new venue on that date. If that date is not available, and there is no date that Client and Officiant can agree upon due to availability, there will be no refund, 100% of the payment is owed to the Officiant and the Officiant is relieved of all responsibilities set forth in the signed contract.
Refund Policy Officiant: This policy applies only in the event the Officiant is unable to attend and perform services on the ceremony date due to unforeseen circumstances such as hospitalization, auto accident, transportation breakdown or disruption, significant traffic delays, or any other incapacitating event beyond the Officiant’s reasonable control. Officiant shall make reasonable efforts to provide a backup officiant for the couple.
Cancellations: All cancellations are required to be made in writing by either the Officiant or the Client. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.

I provide a dedicated, collaborative service for couples who want their vows or ceremony script to feel intentional, polished, and true to their voice. This package provides expert guidance to refine tone, flow, clarity, and emotional impact while preserving the couple’s authentic style.

I offer a FREE, no‑pressure consultation so you can ask questions, learn more about the process, and get a feel for my style and approach. It’s also a chance for me to learn about you, your story, and the type of ceremony you’re dreaming of, ensuring we’re the perfect match for your special day.

Three (3) Google Meet sessions Used for deep‑dive discussions, live edits, tone alignment, and coaching on delivery if desired ~ up to 1 hour each. Your friend or family member should be present for the final session to do a verbal walkthrough of the ceremony script.

Up to five (5) rounds of revisions Thoughtful, line‑by‑line refinement to ensure the vows or script feel cohesive, meaningful, and ceremony‑ready.

Guide to running your own rehearsal: This ceremony rehearsal guide is as a way to help couples run their own ceremony rehearsal, saving you time and money, as well as helping the ceremony run more smoothly on your wedding day: $5.00 each

Who Gets a Gift: With so many people involved in your big day, it can get confusing on who should get a gift: $5.00 each
Deposit & Final Payment: Full payment is required. Cash, Zelle, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check are accepted with no additional service fee, while Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are accepted with a 5% service fee added.
Preferred Holidays Fee: An additional fee is added if the Google Meetings occur on the following Federal Holidays per the client’s request: Memorial Day and Weekend, Fourth of July and Weekend, Easter Sunday and Weekend, Labor Day and Weekend, Thanksgiving Day and Weekend, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s Eve and Day. “Weekend” is defined as Firday, Saturday, Sunday, and/or Monday. Fee $100.
Refund Policy Client: The booking fee is non‑refundable once the ceremony date is secured. If the Client needs to change the ceremony date or time, all meeting dates will be rescheduled to a new date or time that is available for the Officiant. If the Client’s new date or time does not align with the Officiant’s schedule, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the Client will forfeit the booking fee. If the couple chooses to cancel the ceremony entirely, no refund will be issued and the Officiant is released from all responsibilities outlined in the signed contract.

Refund Policy Officiant: Should the Officiant need to cancel a scheduled Google meeting, the Client agrees to reschedule to a date and time that works for both parties.
All Cancellations must be confirmed in writing, no exceptions!​
