Wed Me Dee provides two (2) Packages: 1) The All-Inclusive Mini-Mony: comprehensive wedding officiating, administrative, and coordination services

2) The Essential Mini-Mony: Administrative & Full Coordination only to ensure an effortlessly executed celebration.

  • Vendor Contracting & Administration: Management and oversight of the execution of formal service contracts for key partners, including La Bocca Ristorante & Vineria, The Iron Tomato Bakery, and Monica Chimes Floral.

  • Vendor & Venue Coordination: Direct collaboration with all contracted vendors to align timelines, logistics, and ceremony details prior to the event date.

  • Personalized & Customized Ceremony Creation: Crafting a completely personalized, bespoke ceremony script incorporating the Couple's personal history, story, and questionnaire responses. Approximately a 20-minute script tailored to the Couple's preferences, including collaborative edits and final approval.

  • Vow Writing Assistance & Review: Professional guidance and editorial review to help you write, refine, or polish your personal wedding vows.

  • On-Site Arrival & Preparation: Includes on-site arrival one hour prior to ceremony start.

  • On-Site Officiating Services: Professional solemnization and officiating of the wedding ceremony on the designated date and time.

  • Marriage License Execution & Filing: Proper execution of the official marriage license immediately following the ceremony, with USPS First-Class tracked mailing completed on the next business day.

  • Budget Planning Worksheet: A customized worksheet to map out and determine your total expected wedding costs.​​​​​​​​​​

Planning Resources: Upon contract execution, couples receive exclusive access to our streamlined planning tools.​

  • "To Dos Before the I Do" Booking Guide: Official confirmation featuring four (4) scheduled Google Meet planning milestones with calendar invitations.

  • Ceremony Planning Suite: Access to three (3) curated ceremony script options, a fully customizable ceremony script template and the comprehensive Ceremony Inspiration Guide (PDF) featuring sample intros, vows, ring exchanges, and readings.

  • Checklists & Curated Guides: A comprehensive Ceremony Planner & Checklist to ensure every detail is thoughtfully prepared.

Client Obligations: Marriage License Procurement

  • The couple is solely responsible for obtaining and presenting a valid state-issued marriage license to the Officiant prior to the start of the ceremony, in strict compliance with legal requirements. 

  • In some states, witnesses are required and must be supplied by the client
