Looking to clear out gently used clothing, toys, games, sell crafts and more but don’t have a spot to sell them? Join our community event and reserve your space today!

ALL are welcomed, spots are limited, sign up before 05/31/26!

 Vendor spaces are limited, so be sure to sign up by May 31, 2026.  All payments are due by June 1, 2026.

To participate as a vendor, please review the attached Application along with the Rules and Guidelines. Once your completed and signed application is received, along with payment via check or Zelle, you’ll be able to select your preferred space. An updated floor plan will be provided, as spaces are filling up quickly.

This year’s vendor spaces are larger, we can accommodate more vendors and tents are permitted for shade. Hosting the event on the Village Green in Downtown West Harrison provides increased visibility, and the event will be promoted extensively throughout the surrounding community. Promotion has already begun across social media platforms and will continue weekly leading up to the event. Don't forget your cash for the 50/50 - last year's winner got close to winning $400!
